Contact Form Consent and Disclaimer
No engagement is created by an inquiry
The contact form allows you to describe a matter and request an initial conversation. Submitting it does not retain Traffic Expert Witness LLC or Jeff Sanchez, does not create a consulting or testifying expert relationship, and does not obligate us to accept the matter.
An engagement exists only after we have completed a conflict-of-interest check, agreed on scope and terms, and confirmed the engagement in writing.
Do not send confidential materials
Until an engagement is confirmed, please limit your submission to general information: the jurisdiction, the type of matter, the parties and counsel involved (for conflict purposes), and a brief description of the roadway, work zone, or traffic control issue.
Do not upload or paste privileged communications, expert reports, medical records, deposition transcripts, or other confidential case materials.
Information submitted before an engagement is confirmed is not protected by any work-product or consulting-expert privilege, and we cannot guarantee its confidentiality.
Conflict checks
We use the names of parties, counsel, insurers, and other entities you provide to determine whether we have a conflict of interest.
If a conflict exists, we will tell you that we cannot accept the matter, but we will not disclose the basis of the conflict.
We retain a record of inquiries, including declined matters, so that we can identify conflicts in the future.
No engineering or legal advice
Any response we provide to an inquiry is preliminary, is based only on the information you have provided, and is not an engineering opinion, a legal opinion, or a substitute for a formal evaluation.
Preliminary comments should not be relied on, cited, or disclosed as an opinion of Traffic Expert Witness LLC.
